Ductmate recently attended the U.S. Green Building Council’s 2008 Greenbuild International Conference and Expo from November 18th-20th. The show took place in Boston, historic cradle of the American Revolution, and home to innovations that have far-reaching impact. Thus, it was the perfect place to embrace the Greenbuild 2008 theme of “Revolutionary Green: Innovations for Global Sustainability.”
The time spent in Boston was successful for Ductmate, as company officials met with various engineers and architects from around the world. Topics of discussion between Ductmate employees and their green building peers included efforts in the designing of some of the markets most innovative and energy efficient buildings. Visitors to the booth also had a great deal of interest in Ductmate’s low leakage connection systems, access doors, GreenSeam pipe, and also Ductmate’s Low VOC sealants and adhesives.
With the critical role that buildings play in protecting and improving our environment and the health of the people who occupy them, the USGBC’s Greenbuild Conference and Expo provided Ductmate with a wonderful opportunity to learn and connect with industry experts and influential leaders, and to share innovations in the green building movement.
