ULtimate^TM Sandwich® Access Door

Technical Data

The ULtimate^TM Access Door is UL 1978 listed, and is designed to meet NFPA 96 standards.

Grease Duct Wrap Systems

Ductmate® Ultimate^TM prefabricated grease duct access doors have been qualified for use with FyreWrap® fire rated grease duct enclosure systems.
Listed by Intertek Testing Services; approved for FyreWrap® EZ1.5 single layer UL1978 and FyreWrap® MAX 2.0 two layer ASTM E-2336 systems.
Doors are specifically referenced in the new Unifrax ICCES Evaluation Report number ESR-2224, confirming compliance with 1997 ICBO UMC, 1997 UBC, 2006 IAPMO UMC and 2006 IMC codes. For more information visit www.unifrax.com.

Components

Gasket

High Temperature ceramic board is rate to 2300°. The gasket is applied to the entire internal face of the outside panel.

Panels

The ULtimate Access Door consists of two layers of 11 gauge metal. (Available in Black Iron or Stainless Steel Type 304)

Fasteners

Carbon Zinc plated studs are welded to the inner door. There is one thumb bolt in each corner (all sizes).

Template

Self-adhesive template is provided for the exact size of duct opening required.
