Vibration-Dampening Flexible Duct Connector

PROflex is a flexible duct connector designed to isolate equipment noise and vibration from ductwork, helping create quieter air handling systems for commercial and residential applications. Typically installed between machinery and ductwork, PROflex helps prevent vibration from transferring through the duct system while maintaining an airtight and waterproof connection.

Pre-assembled with sheet metal permanently secured to fabric, PROflex provides a ready-to-use connection that saves time in the shop and field. Available in a variety of alloys, fabrics, and fold options, PROflex can be specified to meet a wide range of application needs.

Special Characteristics:

• For commercial or residential applications
• Available in galvanized, galvanneal, 304 & 316 stainless steel, and aluminum alloys
• Pre-assembled with sheet metal permanently secured to fabric
• Available in a wide variety of fabrics:
  • Vinyl Super Duty (dual fabric) (UL Classified)
  • LA Approved Vinyl Super Duty (dual fabric)
  • Hypalon (UL Classified)
  • Neoprene
  • Silicone (silicone rubber coating)
  • Teflon

Commercial (Power Lock):

• Double-lock gripping fingers of metal to fabric adds to holding power
• Airtight and waterproof at +/- 10” w.g.
• 24 ga. galvanized steel, meets ASTM-A-653-94-G60

Single Fold:

• Airtight and waterproof at +/- 10” w.g.
• 24 ga. galvanized steel, meets ASTM-A-653-94-G60

Residential (Protect Lock):

• Additional fold protects fabric when breaking
• Double-lock gripping fingers of metal to fabric adds to holding power
• Additional fold causes the fabric and metal to lay flat
• Airtight and waterproof at +/- 10” w.g.
• 28 ga. galvanized steel, meets ASTM-A-653-94-G60

Ordering Information:

• Standard 100 ft. per carton, with all fabrics are available without metal attached in various widths
• Also available in master roll skids up to 1000 ft.
