Self-Sealing Round Duct Connector System

Sold as a complete set, Spiralmate is a three-piece, self-sealing round duct connector system featuring a one-bolt closure band, providing an innovative and cost-effective solution for fast, safe, and aesthetically pleasing airtight connections.

Beyond innovative design, Spiralmate offers clear advantages over traditional round connector systems. Its engineered simplicity results in a lower overall installed cost, as the complete system eliminates the need for purchasing separate components, sealants, and additional labor. Its unique one-bolt closure band not only speeds up the installation process and reduces potential leakage, but also enhances worker safety by removing labor-intensive and time-consuming screw applications. Eliminating unsightly screws and sealant creates a clean, seamless connection, ideal for architectural applications on exposed duct systems.

For specialized applications, such as underground mining or tunneling, our Ventmate alternative features the same integral sealant and neoprene gasket embedded into a wider closure band to enhance the airtight seal where flush connections are not possible.

• Press-on inner rings are available with a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive to simplify double-wall installation and remove the need for costly welding
• Ventmate alternative available with a wider closure band for specialized applications where flush connections are not possible, such as mining and tunneling
• Not recommended for applications with duct gauges heavier than 16 ga. or lighter than 28 ga. Both profiles will accept 12 ga. longitudinal duct seam
