PROflex Flexible Duct Connector
PROflex™ is a flexible duct connector designed to isolate equipment noise and vibration from the ductwork, consisting of a fabric secured to sheet metal on both sides.
PROflex is available in six fabrics and five alloys for any configuration. Fabric options include UL-classified Vinyl Super Duty, LA-Approved Vinyl Super Duty, UL-classified Hypalon, Neoprene, Silicone (rubber coating), and Teflon, while alloy options include Galvanized, 304 or 316 Stainless Steel, or Aluminum. It is also available in three fold options for various commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
PROflex is available in standard 100’ cartons, or in 500’, 750’, or 1000’ master rolls. PROflex master rolls, when used with any automated flexible duct connector machinery, will significantly reduce labor time and machine downtime, resulting in notable labor savings on every project. With less machine downtime and changeover time, your shop efficiency will skyrocket. PROflex master rolls are perfect for larger shops that use a large amount of flexible duct connectors. The more you use, the more you save!
Cable Shark Cable Hanging System
Ductmate’s innovative, next-generation Cable Shark® Cable Hanging System is designed and engineered specifically to meet the unique demands and challenges of hanging commercial HVAC duct systems. Rapidmate Corner Strap-Pak Magazines
With our patented time-saving Strap-Pak Magazines for automatic corner-insertion machinery, you can reload at least three times faster than traditional corner packaging, significantly reducing loading time, jamming, and lost production time. Each Rapidmate® Strap-Pak™ includes 80 pre-counted corners per strap, compared to the traditional 25 per stack. Simply load and watch your efficiency and savings stack up!

DM 440 Gasket Corner Patches
Use our optional 3” x 2” DM 440™ corner patches to help eliminate inconsistent or recurring gasketing problems at the corners’ three critical sealing points of four-bolt connections. These optional corner patches can be used on “ALL” eight corners in conjunction with a continuous piece in lieu of a standard gasketing method.
Versa-Cleat Snap-On Cleat
Versa-Cleat® is made from 22-gauge roll-formed steel for application around the perimeter of transverse joints. It’s available in a variety of alloys, including Galvanized, Galvanneal, 304 Stainless Steel, PVC-Coated, and Aluminized in 6” or 10’ lengths. The unique design of this snap-on cleat allows it to be used in conjunction with a variety of TDC connections, along with DM ‘35’ or ‘45’ connector systems.

ULtimate Access Doors
ULtimate Doors provide easy access to high-temperature air ducts and grease duct systems, specifically designed for applications requiring UL 1978 listing.
We offer the ULtimate Door (sandwich-style), ULtimate Door II (weld-on), and the ULtimate Door Round (sandwich-style for round duct). Unlike shop-fabricated and inferior, light-gauge grease duct door substitutes, the high-performance line of ULtimate Access Doors is designed to meet the challenges. They are the most extensively engineered, tested, and ruggedly constructed doors available in the industry.
The ULtimate Doors are designed to save you time and money without compromising safety. The sandwich style of the ULtimate Door and ULtimate Door Round allows them to be completely removed or installed in minutes. No frames to install, no holes to drill, and no clips needed, dramatically reducing field installation time and labor.
