Ductmate System Alignment Grip Tool
The Ductmate System Alignment Grip Tool is a modified vice grip designed to reduce on-site installation time for rectangular duct connections. Using the holes in the system’s corners, this tool quickly aligns and compresses mating ductwork, allowing for fast and easy installation.
Cleater Tools
The Cleater® 1 is the ideal tool for attaching metal or PVC cleat to flange joints when spacing is not an issue. For hard-to-reach places, use the Cleater 2 tool with a 5/8” deep-wall socket, extensions, and a wrench to attach the cleat.
The Versa Cleater is the ideal, versatile tool to attach Versa-Cleat® to the joints of DM ‘35’ and ‘45’ Systems, TDC connections, and some TDF profiles when space is not a consideration.
Similarly, the Snapper is the ideal tool for attaching cleat to the WDCI Flange, or TDC/TDF cleat to the flange profile.
Rapidmate Slide-On Flange Corners
The Rapidmate Corner lineup is the most advanced design, labor-saving corner system in the industry, with features that save time and money in both the shop and the field. This corner and fastener system provides an alternative method of efficiently assembling, aligning, connecting, and securing commercial rectangular duct systems.
In addition to their more common TDC/TDF profiles, Rapidmate Corners are also available for the DM35 and WDCI J slide-on flange systems. The DM35 Rapidmate 3A corner features a downset design to ensure a superior seal at the duct and corner, and an embossed pillow design for enhanced corner strength and fit. The DM35 12-gauge heavy corners and WDCI J 11-gauge corners have been designed for added strength.
Isolation Hanger Type SI
The Isolation Hanger Type SI is a sturdy, vibration-isolating steel hanging bracket featuring a rubber isolation pad, designed for use with threaded rods to suspend ductwork and other equipment, isolating vibration at its source.
Capable of supporting up to 1100 lbs (499 kg), the sturdy tension brackets have a much greater load-bearing capacity than the corresponding threaded rods. Its styrene-butadiene rubber padding isolates vibration at its source, preventing distracting noise transmission and extending the lifespan of HVAC equipment by reducing wear and tear. The outside dimensions match standard wrench sizes, so no special tools are required, making installation easy. The open space of the bracket corresponds to the width of the nut, preventing it from turning.
